6. SMS, Calls, and Communications

7. Purchases, Fees, and Payments

If you purchase any Service from Sugar Leads AI, you agree to pay all applicable one-time setup fees, monthly fees, recurring subscription charges, usage-based charges, and any other fees disclosed to you before purchase.

All payments must be made on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

fees are billed in U.S. dollars;

recurring charges renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with your agreement;

you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all agreed fees.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All fees paid to Sugar Leads AI are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Setup Fees

All one-time setup, onboarding, implementation, configuration, customization, training, installation, and activation fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made and work has been scheduled, started, or completed, no refund will be issued for any setup-related fees.

Monthly and Recurring Fees

All monthly, recurring, subscription, and usage-based fees are non-refundable once billed. This includes any month in which Services are active, available, partially used, or fully used.

No Prorated Refunds

Sugar Leads AI does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, unused features, reduced usage, paused usage, or early cancellation.

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel recurring Services by providing written notice to [email protected] 30-days before the next billing date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation stops future recurring charges only. Cancellation does not:

entitle the client to any refund;

relieve the client of any outstanding balances, fees, or charges already incurred;

reverse or refund setup, onboarding, implementation, or customization work already performed;

transfer ownership of any proprietary Sugar Leads AI systems, templates, workflows, automations, scripts, or internal assets unless expressly agreed in writing.

Failure to Pay

If any payment is declined, returned, disputed, charged back, or unpaid, Sugar Leads AI may suspend or terminate access to Services immediately and pursue collection of any outstanding balances.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges related to setup, subscriptions, implementation, onboarding, or Services delivered or made available. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Sugar Leads AI reserves the right to suspend Services immediately and recover all amounts owed, including any fees incurred in responding to the dispute.

Company-Initiated Termination

Sugar Leads AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services at any time for nonpayment, abuse, misuse, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms, or conduct that creates risk to Sugar Leads AI, its systems, or third parties. In such cases, no refund will be owed.

Custom Work and Third-Party Costs

Any custom work, third-party software fees, phone numbers, messaging charges, email charges, domain-related fees, advertising costs, or other third-party expenses incurred on the client’s behalf are non-refundable.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms, software, phone providers, email providers, AI tools, CRM systems, hosting platforms, domains, and other outside services.

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, pricing changes, policy changes, delivery failures, or functionality issues caused by third-party providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, design, software, workflows, copy, templates, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Sugar Leads AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
